Bartender / Server

We are looking for a  Bartender / Server  to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. We expect our bartenders to be able to create classic and innovative drinks which will exceed customers’ needs and expectations. It will be a MUST to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean!!! 
Must Have the Following :
  • A good knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and drink recipes;
  • Possess basic math skills;
  • Have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system. (training available); and
  • Be open to training for Certifications; or provide current license
The Position requires one to:
  • Interacting with customers;
  • Take & Serve Orders;
  • Bus your own tables;
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time; and .
  • Have the ability to able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 lbs.  Compensation includes salary and tips.

Kitchen Prep Cook

We are looking for a Professional Kitchen Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to display The Shed’s Reputation, as well as to set up stations for menu.
We expect The Shed’s Line Cooks to assist the Head Chef with his daily tasks. To also play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Some of your responsibilities will be (at a minimum) would be:
  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies;
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces);
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff;
  • Answer, report and follow Head CHef/Kitchen Manager instructions;
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food;
  • Stock inventory appropriately;
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion;
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards;
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers;
  • Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking;
  • Also perform other duties, such as, food & final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
The Position also Requires:
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hrs); and
  • Have the ability to able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 80 lbs.

Kitchen Line Cook

We are looking for an Ambitious Kitchen Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in The Shed’s Kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.  We expect The Shed’s Prep Cook to be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.
Some of Your Responsibilities will be (at a minimum) would be:
  • Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties;
  • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible;
  • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking;
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.;
  • Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc.;
  • Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc.;
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.;
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly; and
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelinesPerform other kitchen duties as assigned
The Position also Requires:
